The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report includes three arrests.
October 23rd, deputies stopped a vehicle on Highway 65, south of Chillicothe. The stop resulted in the arrest of 22-year-old Dalton Lee Davis of Chillicothe for alleged Failing to Register Motor Vehicle and Driving While Revoked or Suspended – 2nd or 3rd offense. He was processed and released.
October 25th, Deputy Williams stopped a vehicle that appeared to have no license plate. The stop was on US 36 at Wheeling and resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old Steven Lee Munson Jr of Iowa for alleged Driving While Revoked or Suspended. He was processed and released.
October 26th at about 1:50 pm, Deputy Dustin Woelfle was working in northern Livingston County and checked a speeding vehicle on US 65 near Chula Junction, doing 98 in a 60 zone. The vehicle was stopped and the deputy arrested 26-year-old Shaquille Johntavius Owens Sr of Chillicothe for alleged excessive speed and No Valid Driver’s License. He posted bond and was released.
