The Chillicothe City Council will meet TUESDAY evening. The meetings are normally held on Mondays, but City Hall will be closed for Veterans Day.
A workshop session will be held Tuesday at 5:30 to discuss the Street Improvement Plan.
At 6:30 is the regular session. That agenda will include:
- A request by Former Mayor Reed Dupy to have a BBQ Contest at Simpson Park, June 26th and 27th.
- Chief Maples will lead a discussion on a general sales tax for the police department
- City Administrator Darin Chappell will lead a discussion on employee health insurance.
In the Comments section, the City Administrator will talk about the City’s Employee of the Year policy.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
