The Caldwell County Sheriff confirmed the remains found in a stock trailer in Nebraska belong to one of the Wisconsin brothers. KSHB TV in Kansas City reports the remains discovered November 15th in Hershy Nebraska were those of Justin Diemel.
The remains of Nicholas Diemel were found on the Caldwell County farm belonging to 25-year-old Garland Nelson.
The Sheriff’s office says the remains were identified using dental records.
Nelson remains in custody with no bond allowed on several charges, including alleged 1st-degree murder
