Filing for the Chillicothe R-II School Board election in April opened Tuesday. Two incumbents filed to retain their seats.
Brice Walker filed to retain his seat on the board he filed just after 8:00 am.
Lauren Horsman field to retain her seat on the board. She filed around 4:30 pm.
The third incumbent, Pat Jones, told KCHI he had no plans to run for another term.
Filing for the School Board remains open until the end of business on January 21st. Filing takes place at the district office, 2005 Washington Street. Please remember, the District Office will be closed during the School District’s holiday break.
