State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties.
A Kansas City woman was arrested Monday afternoon in Daviess County. State Troopers arrested 26-year-old Annastacia Scribner of Kansas City for alleged failure to attach a license plate to the vehicle and for alleged no valid driver license. Scribner was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
At about 11:20 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 35-year-old Dustin Cope of Excelsior Springs on two warrants, one from Ray County and the other from Caldwell County, both for traffic offenses. He was held at the Caldwell County Jail pending the posting of bond.
