The Chillicothe Hornets won their opening game in the Cameron tournament last night, beating Higginsville 65-37.
Chillicothe led almost the entire game, and by 31 points in the fourth quarter.
Chillicothe had four players in double figures with CJ Pfaff getting another double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds. Wesley Brandsgaard also had 16 points, Griff Bonderer with 11, Hayden Simmer with 10, Bradley Riley with six, Joseph Tullos with four, Wyatt Brandsgaard with two and playing time for Mason Baxter and Cayden Potter.
The Hornets next game at the tournament will be Thursday in a double header.
