Chillicothe Police responded to 200 calls for service since Friday morning. Some of the calls include:
Friday:
10:44 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance involving a juvenile out of control in the 1500 block of Calhoun St. The juvenile was released to a parent.
4:08 pm, Officers were dispatched to the Clay Street Park in reference to three juveniles reportedly entering the storm drainage system and were unable to be located. Officers located the three Juveniles and they were advised to stay out of the drainage system.
7:28 pm, Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint in the 800 block of Jefferson Street. Officers contacted the vehicle’s owner and the vehicle was moved.
9:54 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of a vehicle driving carelessly in the 400 block of S. Washington Street. The vehicle was located and stopped at Washington and Waples Street. The driver, Clinton Allen, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. He was processed and released.
Saturday:
12:18 am, Officers were dispatched for a second time in the evening to the 200 block of Woodrow for a domestic disturbance. Officers found that the disturbance had turned physical. Officers arrested Clinton Allen for alleged domestic assault. He was processed at the Chillicothe Police Department and taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
10:12 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance at a business in the 600 block of Business 36. Officers reported that two men had become angry with the clerk where they were unable to purchase intoxicating beverages without proper identification. They left before the officers arrived
3:44pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of an abandoned vehicle in the 700 block of Milwaukee. Officers contacted the vehicle’s owner and the vehicle was moved.
Sunday,
9:23 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of a theft from a business in the 1000 block of S. Washington St.
10:40 am, Officers were dispatched to a business in the 1000 block of Graves Street in reference to a person that had recently been observed on surveillance video stealing from the business. Officers arrested Carolann Feeney for alleged stealing. Feeney was processed, cited and released
3:13 pm, Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint in the 300 block of Webster and in the 500 block of Ann.
5:16 pm, Officers responded to check the well-being of a man in the 1000 block of S. Washington St. The man was transported to HMC for treatment.
8:07 pm, Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Jefferson Street in reference to a child custody issue.
