The first round of the C.L.A.A. Basketball tournament concluded Tuesday with four games.
#1 Norborne girls over Hale/Bosworth 80-19 after leading 30-5 after the first quarter. Norborne was led by Kennadie Crowe with 20 points and Regan Crowe with 18 points. Hale/Bosworth was led by Averi Norris with 11 points.
#2 Hardin-Central girls over Breckenridge 51-32. Hardin-Central was led by Carly Thacker with 25 points and Izabella Anderson with 13. Breckenridge was led by Kylee Allred with 17 points and Jayde Keithley with 11.
#1 Keytesville boys over Norborne 66-28.Keytesville was led by Austin McKinstry with 24 points and Evan Craig with 18. Norborne was led by Cash Leabo with 10 points
#2 Hale/Bosworth boys beat Hardin-Central 56-24. Hale/Bosworth was led by Ty Berger with 23 points, Colton Harris with 14 and Jaden Sears with 11.
Hardin-Central was led by Mason Treece with 8 points.
Games tonight include consolation semifinal games.
