A Kidder man was injured in an accident in a work zone Tuesday morning in Clinton County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 30-year-old Jacob Closterman was taken to North Kansas City Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. According to the report, at about 7:10 am on Interstate 35 near Lathrop, a box truck driven by 44-year-old Jeremiah Watts of Harrisonville was southbound and entering a work zone. Due to inattention, he ran into the back of the Closterman vehicle. Watts then went into the median and back onto the road where he struck a semi. The truck drivers were not injured in the accident
