Changes to utility fee deposits and to the service rates were approved by the Chillicothe Board of Public Works. CMU General Manager Matt Hopper explains there were some base fee adjustments.

Hopper says they also updated the wording to be appropriate in the policies and forms. For example, wording was revised to include a driver’s license or other state or federally issued ID.
