The trial for a Carrollton man charged with alleged DWI resulting in the death of another and leaving the scene of an accident that occurred on July 30th of 2025 in Benton County, has been moved to Henry County on a Change of Venue.
The trial for Robbie Allen Acton of Carrollton had been set for June 4th and 5th in Benton County, before Judge James Owen Kjar. The Change of Venue was requested by the Defense attorney.
The next court appearance will be June 30th for “Criminal Setting.” The appearance will be held in Benton County Court.
