A Carrollton man was charged with alleged 1st Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action following the investigation of a homicide at 103 West 14th Street in Carrollton on Wednesday night. The call came in at about 10:25 pm and Carroll County deputies arrived at the scene in a few minutes. A witness at the scene identified the suspect, who was on the scene when the deputies arrived.
The probable cause statement by the Missouri Highway Patrol indicates 28-year-old Dakota Alexander Sweeney was arrested and charged in Carroll County Court.
