Demolition and clean-up of the city-owned property at 821 Walnut continues, and the property is also available for sale by sealed bid. City Clerk Amy Hess says this property does come with special requirements.
Must build on the property within two years of sale.
If the buyers do not meet the building requirements, the city will buy the property back at the original sale price.
