The purchase of equipment for the Green Hills Golf Course was approved by the Chillicothe City Council. The bids were presented by Russ Madsen, and include:
A Used John Deere Greens Mower for $21,241.50
A Tri-Max Snake finish mower attachment for $46,158.00.
The bids on the equipment were made by Van Wall Equipment of Lenexa, KS, through Omnia Partners.
A Kioti Tractor from Diamond R. Equipment for $31,500.00
The bid was presented through Sourcewell Purchasing Cooperative.
Madsen says the equipment is on site and working well.
Reducing the time it takes to mow both the fairways and the rough.
The bids were approved unanimously.
