Caldwell County deputies booked 45-year-old Robert Edward Lee of Polo into the Caldwell County Detention Center Friday afternoon. He is held for alleged stealing, resisting arrest by fleeing, and trespassing. He remains in custody with no bond allowed. His initial appearance is set for Thursday.
