A Carrollton man was arrested by State Troopers Tuesday night. At about 11:41 pm, Troopers in Carroll County arrested 39-year-old Alexander K. McMaster of Carrollton for alleged leaving the scene of a crash, failure to maintain the right half of the roadway, and no valid license. He was processed and released.
