Chillicothe City Council will meet Monday at 5:30 pm for an agenda that will include a Tax Rate Hearing. The meeting begins with the payment of bills and payroll.
- A PUBLIC Hearing will be held and an ordinance will be presented setting the 2026 Levy for Property Taxes for General and Park Funds.
- Mayor Kelly to make a recommendation for appointment as 3rd Ward Councilman
- Mayor Kelly to make a recommendation for a reappointment to the Board of Adjustments
- Catherine Hamilton with Hedrick Medical Center – will submit the name of Scott Cady, Pharm. D., Jennifer Lovell, and Carol Sloan for consideration to reelection to the Saint Lukes Hospital of Chillicothe Board of Directors for a term expiring on December 31, 2029
- Lisa Colson with Green Hills Regional Planning Commission will present an ordinance accepting bid for Demolition and Asbestos removal contractor for CDBG Demolition Project
- Mayor Kelly – Approval of Profile for search of City Administrator
- Allison Jeffries – An Ordinance Authorizing a Contract with 42 C.A.R.E.S, Inc. For Medical Services for City Employees.
- Derrick Allen – An Ordinance Accepting the Proposal for the Demolition and Installation of all necessary Plumbing Fixtures and Materials at the Fire Station.
A closed executive session is planned following the regular meeting to handle for legal and personnel matters.
