One recent booking into the Grundy County Jail is reported by the Sheriff’s Office.
Twenty-one-year-old Sue Ellen McPherson of Trenton was booked for three counts of alleged Endangering The Welfare Of A Child. She is held at the jail with no bond allowed. The probable Cause statement indicates McPherson created a substantial risk to the children by leaving alleged marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and alcohol in a location that is accessible to a minor of 15 years of age, and children under the age of two. The statement also indicated the presence of soiled diapers and cat feces on the floor, and other indications of unclean conditions throughout the home.
A bond Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
In August, McPherson was charged with alleged Hindering The Prosecution. She was released with bond set at $10,000. On Thursday, that bond was revoked. A court appearance is also set for Tuesday in that case.
