Livingston County Central Emergency Services has updated the phone greeting for calls to 660-646-2121, the dispatch center announced.
The greeting now identifies Livingston County Central Emergency Services and the agencies it provides dispatch services for, including the Chillicothe Police Department, Fire Department, EMS and Livingston County Sheriff’s Office. Callers will be given options to reach the appropriate department, office or service, or to contact dispatch directly.

Residents are reminded to call 911 for emergencies.
