Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Board and the Board of Adjustments will meet in early September.
The Planning and Zoning Board will meet Tuesday at 5:30 pm at City Hall. The agenda includes an application by Kimmison McKay for a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development.
The Board of Adjustments meeting is at 6:00 pm at City Hall. They will begin with a public hearing to consider a building size variance for Jason and Elizabeth Anderson at 229 Samuel Street.
There will also be a Public Hearing for a variance requested by Nathan Zabka for the Center for the Developmentally Disabled at 1115 Second Street.
