A zoning issue that caused confusion for a business owner was discussed by the Livingston County Commissioners on Tuesday morning. Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas explained.
The pizza business didn’t get a conditional use permit.
The commissioners are also meeting with Cream Ridge Township and MoDOT about ownership of a road.
4/10 of a mile in Farmersville that is in dispute.
Douglas says they may not get this resolved in today’s meeting.
