The Chillicothe Hornet Homecoming game will include the unveiling of the new video scoreboard. The nearly $457,000 scoreboard was installed at no cost to the district, through donations and sponsorships.
The Scoreboard was to be installed before the start of the new school year, but because of various issues, the materials did not arrive until a few weeks ago.
The company installing the scoreboard provided training and was testing its functions as late as Thursday evening. They are expected to be on hand for tonight’s game to provide any technical support that is needed.
