A Kansas City woman was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County on a Platte County warrant. Thirty-five-year-old Tessa L. Brophy was arrested Thursday at about 9:15 pm on the warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged failure to register a motor vehicle. She was taken to the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
