The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department booked 38-year-old Chelsea R. Huffman of Chillicothe on a bond-violation warrant from charges of alleged burglary, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and property damage. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center, with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
