A man who traveled from Edinburgh, Scotland, to Chillicothe and allegedly harassed and stalked a local family has had his case bound over to Circuit Court. Twenty-two-year-old Bryan Patrick Nevin is charged with alleged harassment and stalking that is alleged to have begun in 2024.
Nevin remains in custody with no bond allowed. Arraignment on the charge in Livingston County Circuit Court has been set for October 8th, before Judge Ryan Horsman.
