A portion of Webster Street will be closed for an event Friday afternoon and evening. The Chillicothe Police Chief, Jon Maples, approved the closing of Webster Street on Friday, between Locust Street and Washington Street. The closure will begin at 4:30 pm and continue until 10:00 pm for the Main Street “Oktober Fest.”
