State Troopers report one crash and one arrest in the area counties over the weekend.
A Milan man was injured in a single-vehicle crash Sunday evening in Sullivan County. State Troopers report the 26-year-old man was southbound on Highway 139 near Route MM, when he struck a deer in the roadway. The man was taken to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
A DWI arrest was reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol early Sunday morning. Just after midnight, Troopers in Linn County arrested 20-year-old Wyatt A. Malloy of New Cambria. He was taken to the Brookfield Police Department, processed, and released.
