One weekend booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County is reported by the Sheriff’s Department.
19-year-old James Michael Pier was booked Saturday morning by Chillicothe Police for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid license, failure to register a vehicle, and no insurance. He is held with bond set at $5,000.
