A Lawson man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a warrant for alleged Grooming or Enticement of a Minor.
The investigation began October 22nd, and 62-year-old Christopher Joseph Wagner of Lawson was charged on Saturday. The probable cause statements indicated Wagner allegedly began the enticement in early October, with requests for photos and videos, and providing money, alcohol, weed, and vapes in exchange for the items.
Wagner is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
He is scheduled to appear in Caldwell County Court on Thursday for a bond hearing
