A youth antlerless deer hunt will be held in Trenton on December 12th. The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is providing young aspiring hunters, with the knowledge and opportunity to bag their first deer.
MDC Conservation Agent Joshua Paskiewicz says this event is an opportunity to help young hunters build confidence, develop safe hunting practices, and gain a better understanding of Missouri’s wildlife resources.
Mentor them to get their first deer.
Participants must be 11 to 15 years old and have successfully completed Hunter Education certification, available at https://mdc.mo.gov/hunting-trapping/hunter-education.
They must also register between Nov. 1–30 at https://mdc-event-web.s3licensing.com/Event/EventDetails/222507.
For additional information or questions about the hunt, contact Agent Paskiewicz at 660-654-2677.
