The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports several incidents and arrests in the past several weeks.
Theft of a vehicle was investigated in the area of Route BB and LIV 210. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department began the investigation on Sunday. A gray Crew Cab pick-up with “Butterfield Associates Grain Inc. Meadville MO” was reported stolen. Investigators believe the thief may have been assisted by another person driving a bright blue car. The investigation continues.
Arrests in the report include:
June 16th, 33-year-old Amber Kay Berglund was arrested in Minnesota on a 2019 Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on a charge of alleged Passing Bad Checks. Bond was set at $100,000.
June 22nd, 33-year-old Adam Daniel Caudill of Wheeling was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation. Bond set at $20,000.
June 24th, deputies extradited 25-year-old Tyler Roy Summers of Villa Ridge, MO from Franklin County, on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on an alleged Harassment charge. Bond is set at $5,000.
June 24th, deputies extradited 39-year-old Cheyenne Hershey from Cooper County on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance. She is held without bond.
June 24th, deputies arrested 40-year-old Steven Shareil Jones of Kansas City on a Federal warrant for alleged Probation Violation on an original Weapons offense. He was taken to the Caldwell County Jail as they hold federal detainees.
