Livingston County deputies arrested 52-year-old Marty Thomas Thorne on Sunday at about 9:00 am. Thorne is held for alleged stealing a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm. He is also held for alleged failure to appear on an out-of-state charge of theft. He is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
