School in the Chillicothe R-II School District begins Thursday morning and Superintendent Dr Roger Barnes says they look forward to welcoming all the students back to class. Dr Barnes offers advice for both kids and parents on preparing for the first day.
If you have a child riding the bus, make sure they are ready when the bus arrives and for those parents dropping off, remember there may be congestion around the schools, so give yourself plenty of time and once you drop-off, move on to allow the next parent to pull up.
