Chillicothe City council will have a finance workshop and regular meeting Monday. The meetings will take place at the CMU Office large meeting room.
The finance workshop will start at 5:30.
At 6:30 is the regular session. Items on the agenda include the finances, consideration of bids for railroad bridge and crossing repairs. A request from the Historic Preservation Commission for funding for a grant and a recommendation for re-appointment to the Planning and Zoning Board.
A petition will be presented by Martha King, requesting the city reconsider and repeal the ordinance that amended the zoning at 420 Martin from Residential R-3 to Multi-Use MU-1. The petition contains 24 signatures from residents of the surrounding area.
An Executive Session is planned following the regular meeting.
