The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported several arrests, including one MOST Wanted.
Most Wanted Updates:
September 2nd, 49-year-old Jon Alfred Ralston of Independence was arrested by Independence Police on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation. He awaits extradition.
Other Arrests:
August 27th a deputy checked a westbound vehicle on US 36 at 93 mhp in a 65 zone. The deputy turned around attempting to stop the vehicle which had accelerated to nearly 120 and continued westbound after seeing our deputy. The vehicle was stopped on US 36 near Highway 65 and deputies arrested was 17-year-old Deneice Velasquez of Los Angeles California for the speeding/traffic offenses. She was processed and the bond was posted.
August 29th a vehicle stop resulted in the arrest of 29-year-old Chelsea Ann Roller of Chillicothe for alleged No Valid Driver’s License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was processed and released on a summons.
August 29th deputies arrested 21-year-old Kyle Jacob Mace of Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on a Trespassing charge. Mace was held at Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
September 4th, troopers arrested 29-year-old Chase J. Fantazia, on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original charge of Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. He will be extradited at the earliest opportunity.
