The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department recently made several unrelated arrests.
27-year-old Zachary Joseph Merrill of Chillicothe was arrested on a Grundy Co Warrant for alleged seat belt violation.
19-year-old Lee Forrest Burns of Brookfield was arrested for alleged Driving While Intoxicated after he was stopped for crossing over the center line multiple times on U.S. 65 highway.
55-year-old Jeffrey Allan Piercy of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged Failure to Obey Judge’s Order on an original Felony of possession of a controlled substance.
57-year-old Jerry Edward Hansen of Gallatin was arrested for alleged Failure to Appear in Court.
30-year-old Joshua E. Cheatham of Moscow Mills was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated and following too close.
40-year-old Michael Gatson of Chillicothe was arrested when he surrendered to the Sheriff’s Department to post a bond on an arrest warrant for alleged failure to appear in court.
28-year-old Dominique Massey of Chillicothe was arrested when he surrendered to post bond for two warrants.
Deputies extradited 30-year-old Brendan Allen Freed from the Jackson County Jail on a Livingston County Arrest Warrant for failure to appear in court.
