Three Chillicothe Cross Country runners set personal best times in the Savannah Meet Saturday morning.
Chillicothe boys finished 2nd out of two complete teams, with several other incomplete teams competing.
Hayden Simmer was 4th at 19:20.1, Clayton Savage was 6th atn20:23.6, Austin Lyford 11th at 21:04.8, Gavin Funk 16th at 21:18.6 and Kade Simmer 23rd at 25:17.0.
In the Girls race, Chillicothe was led by Kadence Shipers in 3rd at 23:55.2, Juliann Gabrielson in 4th at 24:10.7 and Kaylynn Cranmer in 9th at 25:08.6.
Coach Jennifer Dickson says “it was a great day coaching the hard working team”. She said she was very proud of their efforts.
