Construction of the new Chillicothe R-II District Office Building reached a milestone today (Tuesday). Superintendent Dan Wiebers says the concrete floor has been poured.
The new district Office Building will be located on the property at the north end of Chillicothe.
Wiebers says they will need to allow the concrete to cure and there will be a lull in the work as the prefabricated panels are constructed and shipped to the site.
The construction is paid for with insurance funds, minus the $1,000 deductible that the district will pay.
