The Chillicothe City Council is back to a five-member panel. The council welcomed the new Third Ward Councilman Josh Fosdick as he was sworn in to replace Michael Smith, who left the seat as he moved from the 3rd ward. Fosdick was nominated by the Mayor and approved by the council in the October 26th Council meeting. The oath of office was administered at the start of Monday’s meeting.
