The Southwest Livingston County Football team will be in Chillicothe Saturday afternoon with their eyes on a State 8-Man football championship. This is the second consecutive year the Wildcats have qualified for the championship.
Southwest Coach Oren Magruder says this team has more qualities than JUST strength and speed. He says other qualities have helped make them successful.
He says the players have earned their spots through hard work.
Southwest at 12-1 faces North Andrew at 13-0 at 1:00pm Saturday in the 8-Man Show Me Bowl on Jerry Litton Memorial Stadium.
