The case against Josh Dennis for alleged Committing Class Four Election Offenses has been moved to Caldwell County. The Attorney for Dennis appeared in court Thursday on the request for a Change of Venue. Judge Bradley Funk approved the change and assigned the case to Caldwell County and Judge Funk will remain on the case. No hearings on the case are scheduled at this time.
