A Polo resident was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Monday afternoon. Forty-one-year-old Dawn M Jay was arrested at about 1:30 pm on a Clay County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged careless and imprudent driving. She was also arrested in a Clinton County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged speeding. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
