The Chillicothe City Council will have a workshop session and regular meeting Monday, with both taking place at the CMU offices. The workshop session will begin at 5:30 and is for a discussion and review of the Street Assessment with the engineers.
At 6:30, the Council will meet in regular session. The agenda includes:
An ordinance for the re-subdivision of three lots in the industrial park.
An ordinance declaring the Sliced Bread Building a landmark
Declaration of surplus property,
Setting a workshop with the Chillicothe Board of Public Works
There will also be a discussion on holding future council meetings via zoom or teleconference.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting for personnel items.
