A Trenton man was injured when his vehicle was struck from behind by a semi. Forty-seven-year-old Jason Hunter of Trenton was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries following the accident on Missouri Highway 6, a mile east of Trenton. According to the report, Hunter was eastbound and had slowed to make a turn. The semi attempted to avoid the Hunter vehicle, but struck the right rear of the bumper. The truck driver was not injured. Both drivers were wearing safety belts.
