Missouri Governor Mike Parson will be in Chillicothe this afternoon. Parson will attend a special announcement by Green Hills Communications about Fiber Optic coverage. The Governor is scheduled to arrive about 2:15 pm at the Sliced Bread Innovation Center at 100 Elm Street.
