The Chillicothe City Council’s final meeting of the 2020/21 fiscal year will be held in person Monday. The Council meets at 6:30 pm at the CMU Office to allow for social distancing. The agenda will include budgets for both the City of Chillicothe and CMU.
The State Fire Marshal’s Office will present a Lifesaving Awards to two police offices and a deputy.
There will be a discussion about the management of the Green Hills Golf Course
The City Auditor will present the amendments to the 2020/21 budget, required to close out the year.
A Public Hearing will be held for the consideration of adopting the 2021/22 City Budget and CMU Budget.
The Service Contracts will be presented for approval, including for the Grand River Area YMCA, Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Chillicothe, Chillicothe Arts Council, Rotary Fireworks, Community resource Center, Humane Society, Veterans Rodeo, Grand River Multipurpose Center, and MU Extension.
An executive session will be held following the regular meeting.
