The Missouri Department of Conservation has scheduled several Hunter Education classes in the KCHI listening area.
Students must be 11 years old or older to attend. They must complete the knowledge session, before attending the skills session, by completing the online portion or by completing the chapter review questions in the back of the student manual.
Adam Brandsgaard with the Conservation Department said questions can be asked at the Chillicothe Missouri Department of Conservation office.
Upcoming classes include August 19th at Gallatin High School at 5:30 to 9:30, August 26th at Princeton High School at 5:30 to 9:30, September 15th at Carrollton with more information to be determined, on September 22nd at the Cornerstone Church Event Center in Chillicothe from 5:30 to 9:30 pm, September 30th at the NCMC Barton Campus Lager Building in Trenton from 5:30 to 9:30 pm and on October 13th in Hamilton with the time and location to be determined.
