A COVID-19 Booster or Third Dose is now available for those that have a compromised immune system. The Livingston County Health Center has the Booster available in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Ann Burchett from the Health Center says at this time this is for people with certain medical conditions.
Burchett says the Booster is available at the Livingston County Health Center during their Tuesday and Thursday clinics.
She says the boosters are expected to be available soon for the general public.
