A company that provides affordable environmentally-friendly transit alternatives is interested in Chillicothe. Bird has contacted the city about providing services that include electric two-wheel scooters. City Administrator Darin Chappell says they are in the discussion phase with Bird.
Chappell says the council has some concerns about the business.
The Council asked Chappell to gather more information. A Memorandum of Understanding was presented to the Council this week, but no action was taken. They will review additional information in the future.
