The Chillicothe Kiwanis Kids Day Parade is this Saturday. Darrel Rinehart from the Chillicothe Kawinas Club says the parade is for children up to 15 years of age.
Rinehart says they have four categories for the children to participate.
The parade will line up on Webster Street, on the north side of the courthouse, the route will take the children down Washington Street to Clay, east to Locust, and back to Webster Street. The Chillicothe Middle School Marching Band will be part of the parade and the Chillicothe Fire Department and law enforcement will be there as well.
